Keto Supper – Super Cheesy Noodleless Lasagna
I don’t know about you, but before I began following a Keto lifestyle, one of my favorite meals was Lasagna. The layers of cheese and meat and noodles…it was just so filling and satisfying. So when I switched to following a keto lifestyle I knew I had to find some way to recreate my beloved dish.
You’ve just got to give this one a try…it does require a bit of work, but then all good things do right?

Ingredients
Meat Sauce
- 1 lb – 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1 lb – Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 small – Onion (chopped)
- 3-4 – Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 30 oz – Crushed Tomatoes
Noodleless noodles
- 4 – Eggs
- 8 oz – Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup – Parmesan Cheese
- 2 1/2 – Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tsp – Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp – Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp – Granulated Onion
Cheese Filling
- 1/2 Cup – Full Fat Ricotta Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cup – Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Cup – Parmesan Cheese
